Accordingly, Sefirad does not guarantee:

  • visa approval;

  • residency approval;

  • citizenship approval;

  • translation acceptance;

  • government processing times;

  • specific legal outcomes.

17. Confidentiality

Information shared during consultations is handled with discretion.

However, confidentiality obligations do not create attorney-client privilege or other legally protected professional privilege unless separately established with the appropriate licensed professional.

18. International Users

Users accessing this website from outside the country in which Sefirad operates are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website or the services provided by Sefirad Consulting shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through informal discussions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to confidential binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

20. Changes

Sefirad reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

The revised version becomes effective upon publication.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the use of this website and supersede any prior communications relating to the subject matter herein, except where a separate written engagement agreement has been executed between Sefirad Consulting and a client.

Severability - If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
